Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how eBulldog Ltd (“we”, “us”), the operator of MCP One, handles personal data collected through this website. eBulldog Ltd is the data controller. This is a pre-launch policy and will be updated before MCP One is generally available; material changes will be reflected here.
Data we collect
We collect information you submit through the early-access form on this site: name, work email, job title, company name, company size, AI tools in use, and a free-text description of the governance problem you are trying to solve. We also collect privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics through Plausible Analytics, which records aggregate page views and referrers but does not identify individual visitors. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.
How we use it
We use the information you submit only to follow up on your early-access request, to understand the problems early-access participants are trying to solve, and to invite you to relevant product conversations. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Retention
We retain early-access form submissions for as long as is reasonably necessary to evaluate and respond to your interest, and for a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights and contact
If you are in the UK or EU, you have rights under UK GDPR / EU GDPR including the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, or to ask a question about this policy, write to [email protected]. We aim to respond within 30 days.
Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the MCP One website (mcpone.io). Use of the MCP One product itself is governed by a separate agreement that will be made available before any product access begins.
Acceptable use
You may browse this site and submit an early-access request. You may not use the site to attempt to gain unauthorised access, to disrupt the service, to scrape content at a scale or rate that degrades availability for others, or for any unlawful purpose.
Disclaimer of warranties
This website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, eBulldog Ltd disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, eBulldog Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
For questions about these terms, write to [email protected].
